Privacy Policy

Overview

CrushAlerts, operated by Yassin Safwat Awad under 心动科技 (Xīndòng Kējì), is designed to minimise the information it processes and to keep supported message information on the user's device where possible.

Information processed

Depending on the features and permissions actually enabled, the app may process TikTok account identifiers, authorisation information, conversation identifiers, message/event identifiers, notification information, and technical information required to operate the service.

Message content is intended to remain local on the user's device and is not intended to be stored on a CrushAlerts server.

How information is used

Information is used to connect the authorised TikTok account, identify the selected conversation, process supported messaging events, and deliver notifications. CrushAlerts does not sell personal information.

Third parties

TikTok services are used when the user connects an eligible account and authorises supported functionality. Apple Push Notification services may be used to deliver device notifications. Their processing is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

CrushAlerts is designed to minimise server-side retention. Local app data can be removed using Settings → Account → Disconnect And Reset. This disconnects the TikTok account and resets locally stored app data.
